Job summary

ISHE is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services to lead cellular therapy consulting engagements from proposal through delivery, while building and sustaining client relationships and growing the practice.

The role is remote (U.S. only) with responsibility for overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments, recruiting and mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical and/or technical aspects of cellular therapy.
• Strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and consultant assignments.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consulting practice growth.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
