You will translate analytical insights into practical actions, working with a small, autonomous team and partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding funding strategy, influencing decision processes, and driving client success.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles.
• Direct experience with federal agencies, state governments, or public funding bodies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects and client relationships.
• Comfort navigating organizational change and stakeholder dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward ownership and execution.
• Experience combining consulting rigour with outcomes measurement or evidence-based grantmaking.
• Comfort using AI tools in analytical or client delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, translating goals into strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Guide public-sector clients through changes to funding strategy and performance management.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and team members for high-quality delivery.
• Produce client-ready deliverables that synthesize analysis for senior decision-makers.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to proposal development and growth.
