Job summary

Mission Measurement seeks an analytically strong Associate to work directly with federal, state, and local government clients on outcomes measurement and evidence-informed grantmaking. You’ll build measurement frameworks, analyze program portfolios, and translate data into decisions alongside Managers and Directors on real client problems.

This consulting role moves fast, adapts often, and requires delivering polished work for senior audiences with strong evaluation grounding.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis related to outcomes, performance, and effectiveness.
