• 3–6 years of management consulting, professional services, or advisory experience.
• Direct experience with federal agencies, state governments, or public funding bodies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving with ability to move from analysis to action.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects and client relationships.
• Comfort navigating organizational change, ambiguity, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward ownership and execution.
• Experience combining consulting rigor with outcomes measurement or evidence-based grantmaking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, translating client goals into strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Guide public-sector clients through changes to funding strategy, decision-making processes, and performance management practices.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and team members to ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.
• Produce polished, client-ready deliverables that synthesize analysis into clear insights for senior decision-makers.
