Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for production support, development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders with technology teams, ensuring timely delivery of operational needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, loan origination processes, servicing operations, and portfolio management workflows.
• Experience performing system configuration, testing, implementation, and platform enhancement activities within InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off activities.
• Strong understanding of production support processes, including incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools to support data investigation and issue analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability and ongoing improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and guide solution delivery.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes with SLA adherence.
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment activities.
• Lead and mentor a team while driving Agile delivery practices and operational reporting.
