Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to handle intake for calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers, and perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks. You will assist with medication research and determine when to escalate to a pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state you reside.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Call center experience in a pharmacy or related setting.
• Experience using multiple software applications and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake calls from patients, pharmacies, and providers.
• Assist with medication research and consult with a pharmacist as needed.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer MTM programs and schedule reviews.
• Work under a supervisor in the Clinical Services Department following defined policies.
