Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to handle intake for calls from patients, pharmacies and providers, performing essential administrative and data-entry tasks. The role involves addressing questions in a defined area and assisting with medication research.

Responsibilities include evaluating calls for pharmacist consultation, making outbound patient calls to offer MTM programs, and scheduling medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or Tech in Training in your state of residence.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting.
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies and providers; perform administrative/clerical/operational tasks.
• Evaluate calls that require consultation with a pharmacist and assist with medication research.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule reviews with consultative pharmacists.
• Report to a supervisor and follow defined parameters within established policies; no deviation beyond set rules.
