Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician to handle calls from patients, pharmacies and providers while performing basic admin tasks. You will work with pharmacists on medication research and coordinate therapy management sessions as needed.

This remote role requires a valid state license, call center experience, and data-entry skills. Training runs Mon–Fri with shifts possibly including evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state you reside.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting.
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies and providers.
• Address questions related to the assigned area and assist with medication research.
• Evaluate calls that require consultation with a pharmacist.
• Make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedule reviews.
• Report to a supervisor in the Clinical Services Department and follow established policies.
