Alpine Home Air Products is seeking a curious, technically inclined inside-sales professional to help homeowners choose the right HVAC system with confidence. No HVAC experience is required—comprehensive product and system-design training is provided, and you will build system recommendations using our proprietary tools, guiding customers toward a fit for their home and budget.

This consultative role emphasizes asking thoughtful questions, explaining options clearly, and balancing design quality

Formación

• Experience in consultative sales or inside sales roles.
• Ability to guide conversations toward a purchase decision.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with homeowners and contractors by phone or video
• Ask questions about property, project, comfort needs, and budget
• Use design software to develop system recommendations
• Explain technical concepts in everyday language
• Help customers compare cost, comfort, efficiency, aesthetics, installation complexity, and long-term value
• Recommend a direction based on customer priorities
• Address questions and concerns that prevent moving forward
• Follow up with customers and guide opportunities toward purchase
• Prepare accurate design summaries for orders
• Balance sales results with design quality and long-term customer experience
