Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Superintendent II to oversee daily field operations on remote projects in the United States. You will lead subcontractors, coordinate logistics, and ensure work aligns with plans, budgets, and safety standards.

You will serve as the primary on-site liaison for owners, inspectors, and design professionals. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in construction with supervisory experience, strong leadership and scheduling skills, and the ability to mentor field staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field leadership on commercial/multifamily projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mentor field staff and manage multiple subs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate startup, mobilization, and site logistics.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with Project Managers.
• Manage workforce productivity and on-site coordination.
• Monitor quality, progress, and site safety compliance.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety walkthroughs.
• Maintain daily reports and safety documentation.
• Lead punch list and project closeout activities.
• Resolve field issues affecting schedule or budget.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and long-lead procurement.
• Serve as on-site contact for owners, architects, inspectors, and subs.
