H2I Group is seeking a Sales Representative to oversee the Southwest territory, focusing on selling gymnasium equipment, telescoping bleachers, seating and lockers to General Contractors, Architects, and end-users. This role may be fully remote if located in Dallas, TX, with travel within the territory and limited overnight stays.

You will develop strong client relationships, meet sales and profitability targets, and collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects.

Formación

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and End-users in Educational and Commercial Construction.
• Meet division sales and profitability goals.
• Achieve sales metrics for facetime, proposals, and close rate.
• Respond to information requests within 24 hours.
• Establish and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Experience in Estimating for Division 10, 11 and 12 preferred.

Responsabilidades
