Job summary

Cincinnati Insurance Company is seeking a Construction Service Consultant for the Southeast region. This is a home-based remote role with periodic travel to client sites and to our Fairfield, Ohio headquarters.

You will lead risk mitigation planning for large construction accounts, conduct site visits, and provide detailed risk reports. A bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction and 4–5 years of construction experience are required; CSP/CPCU/ARM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction or related experience.
• 4-5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Professional designations such as CSP, CPCU, or ARM preferred.
• Ability to travel ~30% and work remotely within multi-state region.
• Knowledge of construction hazards and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in risk management for large construction accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate construction related risk mitigation plans
• Conduct jobsite visits as part of the consultative assessments
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding risk mitigation progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with insureds and representative agencies
• Create technically detailed reports assessing risks within construction industry
