Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Construction Service Consultant for the Southeast region. This remote, home-based position will require periodic travel for client meetings, including occasional trips to our Fairfield, Ohio Headquarters.

The role focuses on risk management services for large construction accounts to reduce potential losses. You will develop risk mitigation plans, conduct jobsite visits, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction or related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Professional designations such as CSP, CPCU, or ARM preferred.

Our Loss Control Department is currently seeking a construction service consultant for our Southeast region. This position is responsible for the risk management services and related activities for our larger construction accounts. Our Construction Service Consultants help our insureds mitigate construction risks to reduce or eliminate potential losses. This is a home-based, remote position, that will require periodic travel for business and client meetings including occasional travel to our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $140,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Bring Education And Experience From

• a bachelor’s degree in either Safety, or Construction industry, or construction related experience and training
• 4-5 years’ experience within the construction industry

Preferred Experience But Not Required

• loss control experience with a property & casualty insurance organization
• familiar with the independent agency system
• professional insurance risk management designations such as CSP, CPCU, or ARM
• knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and coverages
