Job summary

CNA is seeking a Risk Control Account Executive for Construction, remotely anywhere in the U.S. You will lead risk control consulting, coordinate with underwriting, and drive strategies for large complex accounts within the Construction Risk Control unit.

The role requires senior-level expertise in risk management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, with Masters preferred, or equivalent experience in risk control.
• Typically a minimum of ten years of risk control experience.
• Applicable professional designations preferred, CSP or ARM.

Responsibilities

• Engages with underwriting to drive corporate strategies for a BU and participates in industry events as needed.
• Strengthens relationships with agents and brokers to provide customer solutions.
• Act as the key Risk Control account executive, managing the full suite of consulting services for assigned accounts.
• Leverages account resources to deliver risk assessments and consulting services.
• Develops global account strategies to improve loss ratios and profitability targets.
• Provides technical expertise to ensure ongoing learning and advancement of BU risk control areas.
• Directs evaluation and assessment of large, complex risks and regulatory compliance.
• Presents capability and service offerings to discuss account management as needed.
• Develops and maintains business relationships with internal and external partners.
