Jobrapido is seeking a purpose-driven recruitment consultant to conduct specialized searches for white-collar construction professionals across the Southeast. This fully remote position is suited to an experienced recruiter or sales professional who values thoughtful candidate engagement, clear communication, and lasting outcomes for clients and candidates.

As a remote Recruitment Consultant, you will manage candidate sourcing and engagement across multiple construction searches.

Formación

• At least seven years of recruiting and sourcing experience, or comparable sales experience.
• Construction, engineering, or architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) recruiting experience strongly preferred, with an understanding of contractor project management, field operations, or preconstruction.
• Confident cold-calling skills and the ability to communicate a compelling opportunity by phone.
• Excellent writing skills; candidate profiles and client communications must be clear, accurate, and professional.
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and an analytical approach to search requirements.
• Ability to manage concurrent searches, deadlines, client expectations, and changing priorities.
• Self-directed and productive in a remote environment, with confidence on video calls.
• Motivation to achieve personal goals while contributing to the success of candidates and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Source and contact construction professionals using LinkedIn, contact-data platforms, telephone, and other appropriate channels.
• Coordinate multi-touch outreach in SourceWhale, combining calls, voicemails, and follow-up emails with professional persistence.
• Conduct initial and in-depth Candidate Data Sheet interviews covering motivation, responsibilities, achievements, education, career preferences, location, company type, compensation, and competing opportunities.
• Discuss compensation and candidate motivation early, prepare candidates before client introductions, and help manage counteroffer risks through acceptance and start date.
• Create candid Talent Profiles and Talent Bench checklists that explain candidate strengths, gaps, and relevant context beyond the resume.
• Document interactions and status changes in SourceWhale, maintain qualified talent benches, and work within client budgets and hourly targets.
• Prepare search updates, candidate call scripts, and client Statements of Understanding as needed.
