Job summary

Jobot in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead self-perform construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate multiple scopes, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a PM role, proficiency with Procore, strong leadership and communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Proficient in Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple scopes of work and balancing daily multitasking.
• Solid understanding of change management, including plan updates, cost pricing, assembling change orders, and coordinating reviews with owners and subcontractors.
• Proficient in cost estimating and forecasting, including updating estimates with final plans, projecting costs, and analyzing profit margins.
• Knowledgeable in contract management, understanding the differences between contract types and writing clear subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple self-perform projects from planning through completion.
• Define scopes of work clearly to reduce ambiguity and manage expectations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality, ensuring projects stay on track.
