Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting and procurement to deliver on time and within budget, while prioritizing safety and quality.

With a proven background in commercial construction and strong leadership, you will coordinate across teams, manage changes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Proven track record managing medium- to large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution and coordination, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings, prepare project schedules, oversee site logistics, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor project financials including change orders, purchase orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Facilitate regular jobsite meetings and ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
