Job summary

Jobot seeks a Project Manager for a fast-growing premier builder in the Milwaukee area. You will lead commercial ground-up projects, oversee scheduling, budgeting and contracts, and own projects from cradle to grave.

Required: 5+ years in construction PM, bachelor’s in construction management, proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD, and ability to travel. Benefits include bonuses, 401K match, full benefits, and a company vehicle option.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management.
• Experience in commercial ground-up construction is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
