Construction Management and Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Lender's Advisor Division.

The PM will work with CMD and the Managing Director to perform site visits, review project documents, and report findings and opinions on project status and funding requests to the Client, with frequent interaction with the Client, Developer, and General Contractor. The role supports the Director of Lender's Advisor and ensures services are delivered at the highest level to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of construction experience with residential, hospitality, hotel, or highrise projects preferred.
• Excellent writing and typing skills; able to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Meet with the Project team to understand the Project's history and status.
• Assess the Developer's Project team and the suitability of the team to undertake the proposed Project.
• Review the Project budget, cost estimates for construction, and schedule.
• Review environmental reports.
• Review Project drawings.
• Prepare a full report of all findings.
• Review the general contractor's schedule.
• Review the Man Power log, RFI log, and Procurement log.
• Evaluate change orders and change order proposals for reasonableness and impact.
• Review Borrower's disbursement request to be funded through loan reserves.
• Compare Contractor's Payment Application against actual work progress and schedule.
• Perform Monthly Site Survey (travel required).
• Prepare and submit a Monthly Project Overview Report.
