Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Construction Risk Management Project Manager.

The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to construction risk management services, with responsibilities spanning documentation, cost analysis, and client coordination. Candidate will manage multiple projects, oversee deliverables, and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to deliver quality work on time with strong writing skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a project team and with clients.
• Understanding of construction concepts, components, and funding/payment processes.
• Experience with project estimating/proposals and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee quality of deliverables across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts of Partner team members to deliver projects per plan.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure timely, quality results.
• Conduct site inspections and write reports as needed.
• Communicate scope, expectations, and progress to clients and team.
