Job summary

Jobot, a General Contractor in the Dillsburg, PA area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. The role requires a strong track record in safety compliance, budgeting, risk management, and site supervision for projects including EV charging and telecommunications infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience, a BS in a related field, and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance, budget management and risk management.
• Ability to supervise job sites and coordinate with inspectors and subcontractors.
• Experience with EV charging stations, telecommunications and OSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and safety practices.
• Maintain adherence to budget, quality and safety guidelines.
• Direct strategic planning of construction projects.
• Ensure all legal requirements and codes are met.
• Carry out job site supervision and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage installation of EV charging stations and telecoms infrastructure.
