Job summary

NPC&M seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, remote role focuses on estimating commercial renovation projects.

The Construction Project Manager oversees the schedule, budget, quality, safety and relationships with clients and subcontractors, while coordinating all aspects of the construction process. You may travel up to 60% and will work with the Superintendent to manage risk, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and close-out.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction management.
• Bachelor's in Building Science, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing renovations and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from pre-construction to close-out.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and budget.
• Lead subcontractor management and client communications.
• Prepare and issue changes, RFPs, and pay applications.
• Collaborate with Estimator on bids and risk.
