USA Renovations is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff to closeout in a full-time capacity. The role involves developing labor strategies, building production schedules, monitoring budgets, and protecting gross profit margins while coordinating with customers, field operations, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will balance customer expectations with financial performance, manage multiple active projects, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects or field operations
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and financial performance
• Strong understanding of labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned projects from award through closeout
• Develop labor strategies that maximize efficiency while protecting profitability
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, lodging, travel, equipment, subcontractor expenses, and production costs
• Forecast project financial performance throughout execution
• Identify financial risks early and implement corrective action
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to optimize change orders and cost recovery
