Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a large builder in the United States. The role covers commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects with frequent site visits and strong collaboration with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

You will own project paperwork, develop subcontract scopes, negotiate contracts, plan operations, and lead a team to meet deadlines while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our client is a large builder looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial, multifamily, and mixed use construction.

Job Function:

• Review issues timely if/when they arise and develop proactive solutions
• Own the paperwork portion of the project
• Frequent/daily visits to project job site
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc. to meet the demands of the project
• Develop scopes of work utilized for the procurement of subcontracts
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Lead the Project Team through collaboration and leadership skills
• Hire Subcontractors/Vendors and efficiently allocate responsibilities
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Monthly requisition processing

• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

Salary $140,000-$200,200
