Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Livermore, CA is seeking a Project Manager to support projects from contract to completion, coordinating resources, schedules, financials, and quality/safety throughout the life cycle. You will use BuilderTrend to track progress, manage docs, and facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years construction experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing demands.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance.
• Lead and supervise a team of direct reports.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals for larger projects.
• Manage project scheduling, budget, and document management.
• Provide leadership to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Track and report project results and metrics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet objectives.
• Utilize BuilderTrend for status reporting and risk management.
• Chairs project team meetings and manages changes per contract.
