Job summary

Experis is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 for a remote (U.S.) role, supporting regional and global construction programs. The position reports to the Lease Delivery, Construction & Integration Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team and requires strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of program management experience in construction or infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program and/or project management experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills with influence across teams without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook; experience with Bluebeam and P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction-related programs from planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with governance, accountability, visibility, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful program execution.

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking a Construction Program Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Program Manager, you will be part of the Lease Delivery, Construction & Integration Execution Operational Planning (EOP) team supporting regional and global construction programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Pay Range: $74.31 - $80.04/hour

• Drive construction-related programs, initiatives, and workstreams from planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
