Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive for its Building Solutions, North America division. You will lead large, complex construction programs, craft management plans, and track progress against benchmarks while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 15–20 years of PM/Construction Management experience, strong leadership, and expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Expertise in Construction Management processes.
• 15 to 20 years of direct PM/Construction Management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $50MM in scope and complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Federal and State procurement requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal leader for the overall program and Project Delivery Teams.
• Collaborate with sponsors and delivery teams to identify and achieve program goals.
• Hold overall responsibility for the Project Management Plan.
