Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Project Manager in Florida to plan, direct, and coordinate multiple multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and trackers, coordinating communications among clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and RPM departments.

The role requires at least three years of relevant experience and proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year technical school or similar program.
• Three years of Multi-family Management Construction Services experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Walk project sites to create detailed scopes of work for client evaluation and contractor bidding.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Represent RPM Living in professional communications amongst clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other RPM departments.
• Manage the bidding and contracting process from concept through bidding, review, selection and contracting.
• Oversee contracted work from mobilization through final acceptance and closeout.
• Conduct site visits to oversee contractors, inspect progress, create punch lists, attend meetings.
• Create and update trackers to coordinate work.
• Manage the overall financial status of capital work including invoice collection, draws, and funding requests.
