Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction programs in a technology-driven environment. Remote-US-based, you will coordinate with program and senior project managers to keep initiatives on track and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, invoicing, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of construction experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership on-site role.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary on-site support for industrial construction projects
• Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects including budgeting and scheduling
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Sr. Project Manager to set project budgets and schedules
• Forecast monthly financial metrics including revenue and costs associated with the project
• Manage project invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable effectively
• Monitor job site compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Chair regular job meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and issues
