Job summary

The Osborne Company is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial EV infrastructure projects across the Midwest. You will manage multiple job sites, crews, and subcontractors, maintaining safety, quality, and schedule in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong field leadership, and proficiency with construction software. Expect frequent travel (2–4 weeks blocks), the ability to coordinate with project teams, and a commitment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction (required)
• Experience with site work, utilities, concrete, or civil scopes strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or fast-paced job sites
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Experience with construction software (JobPlanner, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Willingness to travel 2-4 weeks at a time (or longer based on project needs)
• Ability to fly as needed (Real ID or valid passport required)
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across one or multiple job sites
• Coordinate schedules, sequencing, and daily progress
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and site activities with accountability
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and codes
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and internal teams
• Provide safe, high-quality client experiences and coordination with PMs
