Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including retrofit and build-out of delivery facilities. You will liaise with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in CM/PM, driving multiple projects with strong scheduling, document control, and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction management or project management.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, document control, and project execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Lead startup activities, stakeholder alignment, permitting, and readiness planning.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, design changes, docs, and drawing control.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, safety, and scope.
• Lead meetings, report status, and communicate risks and milestones.
• Coordinate procurement and site logistics to support schedules.
• Identify risks, manage change orders, and ensure compliance.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and closeout documentation.
