Job summary

Apex Imaging Services is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead field teams across nationwide projects. The role centers on coordinating schedules, quality control, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

You will work closely with Senior and Construction Project Managers, report daily on field status, and manage client communications while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Travel often to job sites to oversee schedule, quality, communication, and execution.
• Collaborate with Senior and Construction Project Managers for project success.
• Provide daily status reporting based on field oversight.
• Communicate with field teams, subcontractors, superintendents, store management, and clients as needed.
• Oversee multi-site rollout construction projects from start to finish.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
• Ensure activities move according to schedule and manage site safety and quality.
• Lead and maintain regular progress meetings with sub-teams.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly; identify dispute risks.
