Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Construction Manager for remote work with frequent site travel across the United States. The role drives construction lifecycle from initiation through turnover for delivery station facilities, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, experience with multi-site programs, and proficiency in CM platforms such as Smartsheet and BIM360/ACC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of construction or owner’s-rep experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Lead startup activities, permitting, onboarding, and construction-readiness planning.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for delivery.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, design changes, and drawing control.
• Report progress, risks, and milestones to leadership; manage change orders.
