Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies. The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost, and schedule management across projects with significant travel across North America.

You will lead project planning, risk management, and regulatory coordination while ensuring on-time turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Construction and project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Alternative: HS diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4+ years of US military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Provide timely, concise, and transparent communications to operations and stakeholders.
• Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to meet contract requirements.
• Coordinate with environmental consultants to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Assess project performance using KPIs for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Develop project plans including charter, schedule, risk management, and stakeholder registers.
