Patagon Search is seeking construction litigation attorneys for a substantial, well-resourced practice in the NYC metro area. The position offers an almost fully remote work arrangement, meaningful case responsibility, and a collaborative team environment.

Flexibility is a major feature of this opportunity: attorneys can perform most day-to-day work remotely while remaining available for court appearances and in-person duties as needed, with base salary up to $175,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant litigation experience.
• New York Bar admission.
• Experience in construction litigation, New York Labor Law defense, or related property damage matters.
• Strong writing, communication, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking and defending depositions.
• Handling court appearances and motion practice.
• Drafting pleadings and discovery.
• Developing case strategy with partners and colleagues.
• Communicating with clients and managing matters through litigation.
