Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in Texas and/or New Mexico.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction Litigation.
• High-level drafting skills.
• Intermediate revision/review of Motions.
• Well-organized with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare motions for construction litigation matters.
• Review and refine opposing filings and motions.
• Collaborate with client firms on remote projects and deadlines.
