Responsibilities

• Lead integration efforts for newly acquired roofing and construction-related businesses.
• Partner with field operations, finance, accounting, procurement, and leadership teams to align processes and workflows.
• Conduct operational assessments and due diligence to identify integration priorities and risks.
• Support implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that improve consistency, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
