Construction Integration Manager
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000+ + 10% Bonus
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Approximately 50% Travel

Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration activities following acquisitions of roofing, construction, and related operating companies
- Assess newly acquired businesses to identify process gaps, operational risks, integration priorities, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with field leaders to understand existing workflows and establish practical integration strategies
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership to implement standardized processes
- Support operational and financial due diligence related to acquisitions and post-close integration
- Assist with the rollout and adoption of ERP, CRM, reporting, and other enterprise systems
- Establish standardized workflows, reporting processes, controls, and operating procedures across acquired businesses
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, visibility, and compliance throughout the organization
- Monitor integration timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on track
- Travel to operating locations to assist with onboarding, training, system implementation, and change management
- Communicate integration progress, risks, challenges, and recommended solutions to senior leadership
In this position, the Construction Integration Manager will act as a key connection point between newly acquired companies and the corporate organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, roofing, building services, specialty contracting, or a closely related industry required
- Experience with acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, multi-location transformations, or business integration initiatives
- Strong understanding of construction operations and field-based business environments
- Experience combining operational responsibilities with finance, accounting, financial analysis, or business process improvement
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, financial reporting, or other enterprise-level business systems
- Demonstrated ability to standardize processes across multiple locations, entities, or operating companies
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work with Field Operations, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
