Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Project/Program Manager to oversee Construction Division activities in the assigned region. You will lead project teams, promote products to contractors, and drive TPM with forecasting and regional oversight.

Responsibilities include managing PMs and superintendents, reviewing installer performance, and aligning with ROM/GM to meet corporate objectives. A strong travel-ready candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key tasks to Construction Division Teams.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Stonhard products and services to general contractors and accounts; support territory and sales managers.
• Track, guide and execute TPM, including forecasting in the region.
• Direct management of Project Managers and Superintendents as needed.
• Review Installer performance reports quarterly and collaborate with ROM/GM to address issues.
