Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee flooring projects at customer sites in the Tampa area. You will manage projects using TPM guidelines and coordinate with installation teams to ensure proper application of Stonhard products.

This role requires 2+ years in construction project management, strong communication and planning skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Salesforce). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of construction project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft 365; CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sites.
• Manage projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
• Present and promote Stonhard products and services to industrial and commercial accounts; support Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region.
• Duties include material management, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, and post-job reports.
• Work closely with installation teams in training and proper application of Stonhard projects.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000
• Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses
