Sedgwick is seeking a Commercial General Liability (CGL) Claims Adjuster to handle complex bodily injury and property damage claims from intake to resolution. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while coordinating with defense counsel and clients.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytic capability, and meticulous documentation to meet regulatory and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial general liability claims handling experience.
• Experience with litigated and construction-related claims preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently investigate and manage a full caseload of CGL claims.
• Analyze complex policy language to determine coverage.
• Manage litigated files and defense counsel.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
• Maintain thorough file documentation and regulatory compliance.
