Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate; construction industry experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• License and registration management across multiple states and licenses
• Administer license management database and vendor relationships
• Maintain Licensing Watchlist and capacity trackers for installation and sourcing teams
• Prepare lien waivers; coordinate signatures and notarization; maintain files
• Support bonds, COIs, and insurance administration; respond to portal requests
