Job summary

CleanSpark is seeking a Construction Paralegal to support development and construction activities across infrastructure projects. You will organize and review project documents, assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and help attorneys address issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include collecting agreements, reviewing packages for completeness, preparing summaries and checklists, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining matter files and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of paralegal or legal support experience
• At least 3 years supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related matters
• Familiarity with common construction documents and project records

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize construction documents for legal review
• Review project packages for completeness and flag issues
• Prepare summaries, checklists, and issue lists for attorney review
• Coordinate with teams to gather project facts
• Maintain matter-specific files and trackers for construction matters
• Monitor deadlines and communicate upcoming dates to stakeholders
