Job summary

Stratus Team, LLC is seeking a Construction Administrator II to oversee construction administration from inception to closeout on multiple projects. You will collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure adherence to design intent, budget, and schedule.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality project outcomes in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction administration, project management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification in construction management (e.g., CCM) preferred or progress toward credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction administration activities from start to finish across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure design intent, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, risk identification, and monitoring project progress.
