Job summary

SK+I Architecture is seeking a Construction Administration Architect to lead construction documentation and coordination for multifamily and mixed-use projects. The role involves working directly with Principals, PMs, and staff, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving.

The position is fully remote in the Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA area, with travel as needed. Benefits are provided, and compensation ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years minimum experience in construction phase.
• Bachelor’s or Master of Architecture preferred.
• Architectural or Engineering registration; REVIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction documents and coordinate with internal design team, engineers, and authorities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for quality and design compliance.
• Respond to RFIs and coordinate with owner and contractor for cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants on RFIs and submittals.
