Job summary

Alliance Residential Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, RFI/logs, and document control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate with clients, vendors and the design team, review plans for constructability, and drive change management while maintaining safety and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3 years in engineering, architecture, construction management or similar discipline.
• Prior multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Adobe, Timberline.
• Advanced ProCore knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project is completed on time, within budget and according to plans and specifications.
• Consult with clients, vendors, or construction personnel to analyze and formulate schedules.
• Examine construction documents for details, deficiencies, and constructability.
• Maintain written correspondence to document items affecting schedule, budget or quality.
• Oversee document control for all submittals and ensure timely approvals.
• Distribute revised plans to subcontractors and field staff for coordination.
