Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Connectivity Service Delivery Specialist to own the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications services including DIA, EPL, internet, NIDs, public cloud direct-connects, wireless LTE, and dark fiber. This remote role reports to the Connectivity Manager, Service Delivery and is based in the United States.

You will coordinate field technicians, schedule installations, and maintain clear customer communications while ensuring milestones and SLAs are met across multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience in telecommunications or connectivity service delivery.
• Experience coordinating service delivery efforts, including managing field technicians and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with DIA, EPL/EVPL, internet services, NIDs, and dark fiber.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage delivery of telecommunications services and circuits to customer locations.
• Own end-to-end circuit delivery lifecycle from order to installation and service activation.
• Manage multiple deployments across sites, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Serve as primary customer contact during circuit delivery with proactive updates.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
