Qualifications

• Mortgage experience preferred, but not required.
• Self-driven, task oriented and flexible to changes in the department.

• High-speed internet required for remote work; wired Ethernet connection recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage condo loan projects from start to close with timely document gathering.
• Coordinate with underwriter and processor to resolve document discrepancies.
• Review preliminary documents and determine project review type.
• Upload documents to vendors and ensure final docs are received.
• Communicate via email with defined turn times per procedures.
• Call HOAs, management companies, and insurance agents to request needed documents.
• Verify HO-6 insurance and PUD loan approvals.
• Assist with additional assignments as needed.
