You will master all Assetara products, manage client communications within the official workspace, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate where needed, and ensure high-quality service across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling client inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing workflows is a plus.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level support to subscribed clients within the official workspace.
• Prioritize and manage queue SLA risks and unread messages.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal private notes.
• Review and edit AI-generated responses before sending to clients.
• Escalate issues and perform operational actions with clear justifications.
