Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm client communication within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-level support including scheduled client calls and platform navigation assistance.
• Prioritize unread client threads, monitor SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM and escalate red flags per compliance rules.
